Return Window
We accept returns on eligible homeware items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued for the full item value once received and inspected.
Custom & Large Items
Custom or personalized products are final sale — no returns or refunds.
Large furniture pieces are non-returnable under this policy. We encourage you to reach out with any questions before purchasing.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. If the item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@khemstudios.com with clear photos of:

Approval Required
All returns must be requested and approved before sending anything back. To start a return, email info@khemstudios.com. We’ll review your request and provide the return address and instructions. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please first initiate a return. Once your return is approved, place a new order for your desired item. If the new item is higher in value, you’ll be responsible for paying the difference.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
